Vitamins and omega-3s for improved memory, focus and concentration: BrainCare has the very important B vitamins (B1, B2, B3, B5, B6, B12). It also has omega-3 and choline, which help maintain healthy mental function and protect our brains as we age.
Phosphatidylserine (PS) for protection against brain deterioration and maintaining nerve signals and cognitive function. Phosphatidylserine, a fat, is a component of each brain cell. PS has been shown to reduce our chance of developing dementia and Alzheimer’s later in life. More scientific research is needed, but this nutrient is very promising. Essential amino acids for making brain signals (neurotransmitters): BrainCare includes all 12 essential amino acids (phenylalanine, tyrosine, tryptophan, leucine, isoleucine, valine, threonine, methionine, cysteine, arginine, lysine and histidine) that our bodies can’t produce and must get from foods.
