How do I change my password?

  1. Did somebody find that piece of paper you write all your passwords down on?
  2. From Healthiest Food  homepage click the sign in button in the top right corner
  3. Beneath the log in form click the  Forgot your password? link
  4. Enter your email address
  5. If you don't have an account yet you will need to create one
  6. Navigate to your email and click the link you received from us
  7. Enter your new password (make it super secret and hard to guess!)

How do I track an order?

  1. Don't you hate it when you misplace those tracking numbers!
  2. From Healthiest Food  homepage click the sign in button in the top right corner
  3. Sign in with your email address and password
  4. If you don't have an account yet you will need to create one
  5. Click the order number in question
  6. The tracking number will be in the top left section of the order details page
  7. Click on the tracking number
  8. You will be redirected to the UPS website to review the current status of your shipment

How do I edit an item or quantity on my monthly subscription?

  1. From Healthiest Food homepage click the sign in button in the top right corner
  2. Sign in with your email address and password
  3. If you don't have an account yet you will need to create one
  4. Select "My Account"
  5. From the "My Account" page select "Manage My Subscription"
  6. Select "Manage" and a drop down list of option appears.   Select "Upcoming Orders"
  7. Select "Product Quantities" and adjust the number of items you'd like shipped.
  8. Hopefully you're adding lots more to your Order!

  How do I update a shipping address on my monthly subscription?

  1. From Healthiest Food  homepage click the sign in button in the top right corner
  2. Sign in with your email address and password
  3. If you don't have an account yet you will need to create one
  4. Select "My Account"
  5. From the "My Account" page select "Manage My Subscription"
  6. Select "Manage" and a drop down list of options appears
  7. Select "Update Address" and change as necessary

How do I return my order?

  1.  What? You didn't like it? Are you sure you tried it?
  2. If you really want to send it back follow these steps
  3. Make sure it has been less than 30 days since you placed your order
  4. Send an email to customerservice@nutrientfoods.com to let us know you're sending something back
  5. Make sure the product is in it's original, unopened container in the same condition it was shipped to you
  6. Use the same box or similar to what our product was sent in
  7. Ship your product to: 110 Woodland Ave Reno Nevada US 89523
  8. You are responsible for paying your own shipping costs
  9. Once we receive your return and go over it with a fine tooth comb to ensure it's in it's original, unopened container in the same condition it was shipped to you, we'll send you an email confirming we are processing your refund

How do I edit my monthly subscription payment method?

  1. From Healthiest Food  homepage click the sign in button in the top right corner
  2. Sign in with your email address and password
  3. If you don't have an account yet you will need to create one
  4. Select "My Account"
  5. From the "My Account" page select "Manage My Subscription"
  6. Select "Manage" and a drop down list of options appears.  Select "Update Card" and change as necessary.

How can I skip month on my monthly subscription?

  1. Have too much on supply?  Are you forgetting to have a Brain Shake everyday?  Your memory may improve when you do have a Brain Shake daily!
  2. From Healthiest Food  homepage click the sign in button in the top right corner
  3. Sign in with your email address and password
  4. If you don't have an account you will need to create one
  5. Select "My Account"
  6. From the "My Account" page select "Manage My Subscription"
  7. Under "Order" select the Order number you wish to skip.
  8. Under "Action" select the "Ship Shipment" for the month you want to skip.
  9. Just remember, if you skip too many times you may be missing out on the beneficial affects the Brain Shake provides!

I’m out of my product, can I trigger my next monthly subscription order now?

  1. Sounds like you like it!
  2. From Healthiest Food  homepage click the sign in button in the top right corner
  3. Sign in with your email address and password
  4. If you don't have an account yet you will need to create one
  5. Select "My Account"
  6. From the "My Account" page select "Manage My Subscription"
  7. Select "Manage" and a drop down list of options appears
  8. Select "Ship Now" and your order will be processed within 24 hours
  9. All future subscription shipments will trigger on the new day you have selected

    How do I cancel my monthly subscription?

    1. Unfortunately, once you sign up for a subscription with us you are locked in for life....oh wait....that's those other guys!  Of course you can cancel your subscription.
    2. From Healthiest Food homepage click the sign in button in the top right corner
    3. Sign in with your email address and password
    4. If you don't have an account yet you will need to create one
    5. Select "My Account"
    6. From the "My Account" page select "Manage My Subscription"
    7. Select "Manage" and a drop down list of options appears
    8. Select "Delete Order" and you will be unsubscribed
    9. Hate to see you go though!
