Intestine Health
More than 6 million people suffer from indigestion each year. Greasy fast foods are one of the primary contributors to indigestion.

The link between nutrition, constipation and irritable bowel syndrome

The lower end of the intestinal tract — the colon — rids our bodies of solid waste. People who have trouble with this part of digestion often develop constipation or irritable bowel syndrome, which presents as intermittent constipation and diarrhea. Although these intestinal issues don’t usually last very long, simple changes in our diet can get the digestive system running smoothly again.

Consume lots of fiber and drink lots of water to help food to pass through the colon and avoid constipation. High-fiber foods speed digestion, and staying hydrated softens the intestinal contents, making passage easier.
